The rig is pretty good, aside for a few things(note: I've only used it in Maya 2020): there is some distortion that happens in the right shoulder when you rotate the arm-- the geometry kind of warps into itself. Also for some reason the fingers don't copy and paste keys properly in the timeline-- you have to copy and paste the keys in the graph editor. There is a lot of good facial opportunities and functions is this rig though, so if your looking to make some facial animation it'll do great.
