The Batman Beyond timeline is one of the most interesting takes on the DC Comics universe, which includes an older Superman. Batman Beyond was apart of the Bruce Timm universe that began with Batman: The Animated Series and ended with Justice League Unlimited. With its futuristic timeline Batman Beyond became immensely popular, so much so that Superman Beyond was created to show the character’s relevance in the future. The Beyond version of Superman first appeared in the two-part episode The Call, in which Superman tries to recruit the new Batman to the Justice League, in part to help Superman find out if he's right about one of his teammates turning traitor. Superman's black uniform isn't identical to the regeneration suit — it's black and white rather than black and silver. The design itself is different, including a radically different logo. The Beyond version of Superman has since appeared in the continuing comic book adventures, and the fact that his uniform somewhat resembles the regeneration suit has come to be much more fitting. We've learned that while you still wouldn't want to mess with him, this older Superman's powers are beginning to naturally wane. Superman in the 2040s outfitted with a Kryptonian style uniform.

This particular design does not intends no represent the Superman from the Batman Beyond animated series particularly, or any or his comic-book appearances. Its rather my own interpretation of a sort of live action take on this design.
