The rig is Epic Skeleton and Rigify in blender
The Rigify skeleton controls the Epic Skeleton so you can animate it in blender and add it to the UE4 or other game engine i think this skeleton is good for other engines
When export skeleton or animation (FBX) to UE4 or other game engine make shure (Armature>only deform bones is True and Add leaf bones is False)
There is some spetial (if you use UE you can easily take animations from mixamo wothout retargeting if you have issues with it please contact me)
