This is a 3d head I created for a male character.It has clean topology and I created it for cinematics purposes,therefore you will also find attached the displacement maps,specular maps and also the map for the intensity of microskin.Included are the textures as well as the low poly head.You will also find the ZBrush file of the head model with different subdivision levels(from 0 to the more detailed ones,so you can continue with the baking process ) The renders I have uploaded were made on Maya (Arnold).
