In Blender you can easily export in many formats(FBX/Obj/3ds e.t.c.)

Functionality:The 3d ninja model is rigged to the standard blend metarig(but you need to customized). Additional bones are included for belt flaps. Twist bones are used to improve model flexibility.

To control face expression there is blend face shapes keys(you can easily make them hundred).

Textures & Materials:Base Color, Metal, Roughness, AO, Normal(baked)

Also you can change texture color ,size and e.t.c in gimp files!
