The specified polygon and vertex count is for the emitter object NOT the hair itself. Model is only available in native BLEND format. Hair has been made with two emitter particle systems. Particle system for the long dreadlocks on top of the head/model have been combed into place. Similarly the particle system of hairs used to form the hair-tie have also been hand-placed

There are two versions available for download. First version is the blend file I used to create the render images/scenes. The second version is the clean file with only the model mesh and the hair particle systems attached.
