
This variable villager is set up to have one model be adjusted to create several different characters. For example, toggle/deactivate/delete the beard for a younger man... maybe they are going swimming, so toggle off everything but the pants. Lots of options exist. Optimize the poly count by using only the skin parts that show and toggling off the full mesh. In addtion, it comes with three variations in color for the outfit and hair, four for eye colors. Textures are all PNG, 1024X1024 and 2048X2048 and included in the FBX download via a zip folder. Only albedo or diffuse at this time, but that is great for a toony/stylized game and simplicity.
Has been tested in unity and is compatible with their mechanim system, so humanoid animations can easily be mapped to the character. However, it does not include any animations of its own. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask! I reccomend the blender or fbx file for the most flexibility in exporting and creating a char.
