There are two files of the character including 3ds max and blender.. Read carefully the notes below: Preview Renders belong to 3ds max VRAY GPU and Blender cycles
For 3ds max users:
Extract the TEXTURES.rar and define them from asset tracking(shift T)-Hairs are created mesh based(hair cards) in order to be able render with V-RAY GPU. As you know V-ray GPU not support hair modifier yet.
No any object collapsed or baked subdivision smooth in the scene, you can easily edit it
The face only has a displacement texture for wrinkles
No complex shader or procedural shaders
Total Polys: 7.742.000(because of hair cards)
For Blender users:
All resources are packed into the blend file. Unpack them into your directory and just hit on render
