Good body sculpt but missing details on the hands and feel are blocked in. No UV's. Beard is combined with the face. Looks like a zbrush sculpt. Decent anatomy but has some overlapping geometry problems in the armpits. Head proportions are off and the ears are way too big. Overall good for reference or as a starter model for other things.
