Batman 2022 Low-poly 3D model

Your models are really good, so could I use this in a game without getting sued by DC , I might get that forest killer model at some point, but I'm a bit Hesitant to buy batman or the Joker, incase someone from DC take's me to count, as the copyright laws are confusing, I know you can use characters which look similar, so you could probably get away with a old man butler that looks like the Tomb raider butler, as long as you Don't call him by his character name, but a model which looks Exactly like batman seems a bit risky to me

Can this be ported to blender? And will the rig work in blender?
