Barberini Faun, at Glyptothek museum.
Barberini Faun, Fauno Barberini or Drunken Satyr marble statue. A faun is the Roman equivalent of a Greek satyr. In Greek mythology, satyrs were human-like male woodland spirits with several animal features, often a goat-like tail, hooves, ears, or horns. Satyrs attended Dionysus. When discovered, the statue was heavily damaged. Restorations of the Barberini Faun may have enhanced the sexual aspect of the statue. Because of this, the statue has acquired a reputation as an example of erotic art.
On the renderings you can see the Product [LOD0] scene rendered in Marmoset Toolbag 4, using Ray Tracing. Product presented as-is, no post-processing, no color-grading, no additional effects, PBR Material setup, quality render settings, Ray Tracing with neutral white light, additional lighting conditions for clear representation of the form and textures in different conditions. Model is optimised for rendering with Ray Tracing, as, in Next-Gen, Ray Tracing can be used for real-time rendering. Model works perfectly without Ray Tracing enabled, on lower level methods of rendering. Ray Tracing provides realistic lighting by simulating the physical behavior of light, representing realistic natural lighting effects, realistic soft shadows, high degree of visual realism. Part of the collection, for your Virtual museum, or any visual presentation.
