Acheron Hydra Nude Low-poly 3D model

This is the totally nude, fully rigged, base mesh model for Acheron style Hydra characters. Extra bones are provided to control the naughty bits, if needed. An exchangable texture with 16 color palettes is included. You can easily add your own, or mix and match to create a unique character for your unique project. Male and female can each use all colors.

OBJ, FBX and DAE are provided, but for full functionality, please use the Blend file.

(Note: The head-hands are inherently silly and may not work properly with animations or poses for other Acheron models)

The Drake, Wyvern, Hydra and Longma can share color palettes with each other.

The Hydra is a powerful aquatic creature with multiple heads. They have the ability to regenerate limbs, even their heads, when injured, unless the injury was burnt by flame. Some say that Hydras would even grow two heads for every one that was cut off, but the oldest sources deny them this ability, it may only be heroic hyberbole. The Hydra is also incredibly poisonous, excreting toxins that fill the surrounding air with a deadly miasma. Hydras are found underwater, and in watery caves. They often guard underwater portals to the nether realm, blocking passage between reality and the ethereal.
