I goofed and bought the product without realizing it was created in 3ds Max 2015. I only have 2013. I contacted the creator, and within an hour of purchase, he had forwarded to me the version I needed. Now that is some service! I was hoping to find Fozzie the Bear online, and this model was the closest to what I was looking for. With a few tweaks, some added ears and a hat and scarf, boom, I had my Fozzie! Thanks for the great product and fantastic service. My cable company could take a lesson from you.
