All textures are procedurally made and baked within Blender. Viewport is from Eevee. The eyes and the body are separate objects, both with their own UV maps.
Have no tested it for 3D print but the model is water tight so it should work just fine.
Model consists of three separece pieces:
The main body. the eyes and spikes around it all unified into one. There are no overlapping UV's.
