Majin Duu (魔ま人じんドゥー Majin Dū, lit. Demon Person Dū) is a Majin created by Marba using a Saibaman seed infused with the essence of Majin Buu and other factors. He is the second Majin created after Majin Kuu to serve Dr. Arinsu.

Due to being composed of the remainder of Innocent Buu's essence and having his Saibaman seed planted twenty centimeters in Marba's soil concoction instead of the standard ten, Majin Duu resembles Innocent Buu even more than Majin Kuu did, though he shares Kuu's green Saibaman color scheme and demonic pointy ears. Like Innocent Buu, he has an obese physique and sports an antenna, though like Buu's evil variants, his sclerae are black and his eyes are glowing red. He wears the standard Majin outfit, consisting of baggy white pants held by a black belt adorned with a Majin symbol buckle, and wears black and gold armbands similar to what Super Buu wore.

Thanks to containing a far greater quantity of Majin Buu's essence, Majin Duu is stronger than Majin Kuu. His power and fighting style are great enough to outmatch Tamagami Number One in the initial phase of their battle, despite Duu himself only just learning how to fight mid-match. After being given tasty chocolate by Kuu, Duu's power suddenly skyrockets, and he overpowers Number One almost immediately, even though the Tamagami has taken on his Fury state.

Later, Duu proves evenly matched in a brief battle with Mini Goku in his base and Super Saiyan forms, however their battle is interrupted by Gomah before it can escalate any further.

Against Gomah, who is empowered by the Evil Third Eye, Duu is able to briefly restrain him by wrapping around him. Additionally he and Tamagami Number One working together are able to hold back one of Gomah's blasts for a time before being overwhelmed.
