FBX files are completely unusable in Unity, the colors are wrong, eyes/mouth are gone and will be extremely challenging to fix in blender. To make it worse the creator is not responding to my messages. When you buy a product advertised as a Hyper-casual "GAME" Character Pack, you expect it to be usable in a game engine straight out the box. The buyer shouldn't have to spend time on actually making the model look/work as advertised.

Instead of having 1000 polygons per character, each one has more than 20 000 polygons which are not optimized for anything.
