Riolu Pokémon model
This model is good for doing some cel shaded animations. The model is rigged so it's easy to put it in the proper pose. The goggle like bone is the center of Riolu's attention. It always looks at it. The eyes can be controlled individually, or together.
Facial expessions are created by using shape keys. I have added some drivers to easily manipulate Riolu's emotions. The drivers are above Riolu. By moving those bricks along the Z axis Riolu changes its facial expressions. The bricks with the text saying sounds m, a, i, u, o move Riolu's mouth. The m stands for a closed mouth.
There are 3 textures to be used in the model. The first for the body, the second for the eyes and the third for the signs to identify the drivers.
The material I've applied makes its appearance cartoon style with Blender's internal renderer. A full HD resolution render takes about 15 seconds.
