Rasengan animated with moving arm Low-poly 3D model

An arm raising as a rasengan gets larger with sound effects and rigged arm as well as a free musclar male mesh and textures. the charachter isn't rigged or clothed but it has a hair wig which is parented to the charachter. there is no picture but the face is there i just deleted it to make the camera shot of the animation. Please comment any suggestions i am an amature and any comment negative or postive will be highly appreciated. thanks for veiwing my work.
