ProtoMan.EXE, known as Blues.EXE (ブルース.ＥＸＥ Burūsu Eguze) in Japan, is a NetNavi from the Mega Man Battle Network series operated by the ace NetBattler Eugene Chaud and a rival and friend of MegaMan. ProtoMan specializes in swords and a defensive shield that he can call upon as swiftly as his sword strikes. Since he was not originally programmed to be kind or compassionate, he can show a ruthless side at times it's needed.
