I'm new to purchased 3d models the assets outside of ue4 So when it comes to purchasing I expect some reply from the seller and company If you are not satisfied with your purchase I am very disappointed and will always purchase 3d models etc from ue4 in future They work straight away inside ue4 Not a blank shock when you come to import them No materials on the 3d model and a linking nightmare if you have never done it So unless you know the pitfalls buyer beware !!

On the contrary to seller’s description, models are missing many features. Inside FBX files, there are only a few animations usable, all the rest are unreachable. In addition, model’s pivot setups are not correctly calibrated either. The worst of all, the seller was not helpful at all, i.e., despite weeks of time passed, he never properly replied, helped or cared. Actually, we were about to apply for a full refund. However, thanks to the experienced & helpful CGTrader staff, we partially managed to fix our issues with animations, which required some moderate modification and work on the model file. In brief, the seller is definitely inexperienced and careless so we do not recommend buying any products from this seller as long as possible.

Great model, will fit perfectly with what I'm working on.
