On the contrary to seller’s description, models are missing many features. Inside FBX files, there are only a few animations usable, all the rest are unreachable. In addition, model’s pivot setups are not correctly calibrated either. The worst of all, the seller was not helpful at all, i.e., despite weeks of time passed, he never properly replied, helped or cared. Actually, we were about to apply for a full refund. However, thanks to the experienced & helpful CGTrader staff, we partially managed to fix our issues with animations, which required some moderate modification and work on the model file.
In brief, the seller is definitely inexperienced and careless so we do not recommend buying any products from this seller as long as possible.
