Fantasy Creature Design - The Sunterpillar

Hi and welcome to my unique creature design showcase. I always loved fantasy creatures and imagining how they would have evolved in a different world to ours, on a very unique environment far from what we are used to.For this design I thought: "What if a caterpillar managed to evolve to a point where it became much more mobile, dangerous and simultaneously more resilient? And so it did!

I hope you like The Sunterpillar (I named it sunterpillar, because if you look at it from the front, the scales on it's head reminds us of the sun shape)!

The native 3D model was modeled on Blender, Sculpted on zBrush, Textured on Adobe Substance Painter and finally brought together back on Blender 3.5 and exported on other formats for your needs.The textures are @ 2K resolution.The model is low-poly and PBR.The model is rigged for animation.

The native file is a .blend, however you'll find an .fbx, an .obj & .mtl, a .glTF and an .stl file format included with your purchase.
