Creepy and terrifying...
This model is inspired by a Terrifier movie iconic character . Not an exact copy.
Consists of separate meshes: head,mouth with teeth and gums, suit, gloves, shoes, collars (lower and upper), head clothing and hat. Each part is removable. 17 objects in the scene.
6 materials and Texture sets - clown head, body suit (including gloves), body suit upper part (collars and head cloth), eyeballs, mouth, shoes. All UVs are non-overlapping, except shoes.
Textures: Base color, Normal OpenGL, combined ARM ( R channel - ambient occlusion, G - roughness, B-metallic).
All textures are PNG format, various sizes from 2k (eyeballs) to 8k.

Model set to A-pose. Centered to the world origin and has real world scaling (height about 180cm). Non-symmetrical.
Only character in the scene. No lights and props.
2 various files in the Blend archive - model with rig and without. Other formats have only mesh model without rig.
I rigged the character just to pose him for the render. The rig is made by Autorig Pro addon. The bones weights painted automatically. The quality of the rig allows to set the pose for rendering, but may not be good enough for animation. Keep this in mind.
Looks equally good in Cycles and Eevee.
No post-processing.
