Cloudman - Megaman 3D model

Cloud Man (クラウドマン Kuraudoman) is a Robot Master from Mega Man 7 who was originally created as a weather control robot, but was stolen and modified for combat by Dr. Wily, removing his rainfall equipment and enhancing his lightning equipment. Cloud Man has no legs, as he was designed to hover above the ground using a gravity controller. He can control the weather and create powerful winds to push his opponents, and try to strike them with his Thunder Bolt.

An opportunist and a bit of a couch potato with a fondness for the rainy season, Cloud Man likes to be at the center of attention with his abilities, but he laments the fact that his lack of legs makes him unable to wear shoes. He likes to look for rare and shiny metals in his spare time and dislikes lightning rods due to the fact that when lightning strikes, the bolt tends to hit the rod instead of the intended target.
