If I could, I'd give my experience as a whole a 4/5 rating. At first, I was very frustrated because the materials and poses for the model were broken. Apparently he hadn't tested his exports in any programs other than Maya. Also, it's a pet peeve of mine that the creator didn't label the objects properly (instead of Cube 1, Cube 2, etc), but I'm not going to make a big issue over something petty like that. However, he responded quickly to my complaints and had a very professional customer focused attitude. Within a couple of days, he resolved these issues to my satisfaction and vowed to learn from his mistakes and do better in future projects. At the ten dollar price point I paid for this model, I would definitely recommend him to others.
