Amiba is a major antagonist in the manga and anime Fist of the North Star, being the main antagonist of the Village of Miracles arc, the secondary antagonist of the spin-off manga Fist of the North Star Toki Side Story: Silvery Savior, a minor antagonist in the spin-off manga Legends of the Dark King (only in the manga version, although he was also scheduled to appear in the anime) and Bloody Wolf's Darkness Blue: Fist of the North Star Rei Side Story and the villanous protagonist of Hokuto no Ken Gaiden: Tensai Amiba no Isekai Haou Densetsu. A devious and sadistic practitioner of Hokuto Shinken, he uses the martial art to experiment on others, all in an effort to slander Toki's good name.
