it could also work for 3d printing but its not specifically build for that purpose.

can you make a model without the shoe laces? I want to add them in myself with real laces

do you already bought the model? i could send you a version without laces, sure. but actually its much easier to just delete them with 2 clicks on your own :)

Model is great, however it had plenty of artifacts and unnecessarily high polycount (1 mil polys a shoe).
