This model has real world scale. The top of the dress, the dress itself and the sash are joined together as one object, but the vertices are not conected in Edit Mode. The sharp and the dress have vertex groups applied for pinning, when doing a cloth animation. For the preview renders, the model was subdivided. The last image shows the true wireframe without subdivisions.
The bump maps (also generated in Blender) are included.
