109,000 polygons - 54,998 per boot is not a VR/AR Ready, context of item considered. UV mapping is not simple, nor properly done. Map has a ton of wasted space, some self overlap and a lot of tiny parts that make no sense in a normal UV map. Model itself had a lot of gaps, holes and areas where the model wasn't properly connected to parts it should have been connected properly to, namely the sole wasn't fully connected at all and was a mess to fix before even using. Topology of the model was a mess, not properly in quads & had a lot of areas that weren't joined up properly
