Combats Boots Low-poly 3D model

Really poor mesh. A lot of non-manifold geometry, holes, levitating triangles. Geometry of the laces is really poor as well. For such a low-poly model, these things are unacceptable. Had to do a lot of cleanup to be usable. Also - jpg format for normal map, this brought some difficulties as well. Good things - nice looking model overall, no alternatives for this type of old bendy military boots on the market. But there are much better-quality models for much cheaper out there.
