The models are quite nice and the author does try to provide support however in the state they are packaged these are only good to be used in Marvelous Designer.
The exported models and the included Blend files don't have the models in a "ready to be used" condition because the items have pieces of geometry that aren't even connected so fixing that and welding the geometry is a pretty tedious work.
If you don't have access to Marvelous Designer (wich I don't) and don't want to be fixing models yourself you should probably avoid these
