The boy who have solid body. He is very like to eat a lot of carbohydrate in every meal because it make him looks full and big. But he has weakness point is he doesn't workout. This impact to his physical coordition like obese, heart disease, or stroke. Then, he change his mindset that he will workout as weight training at gym 3 times per week and run from home to downtown is around 7 km because the main goal is he will have a sixpack and better shape.
