You can easily create a new material, drag and drop it on the mesh in your game engine for different colors.
The Tires are separate from the cars. CTRL+select the car and its tires and then drag’n drop to your scene. If You don’t want to import as seperate parts, there is the “Combine Meshes” selection while importing in unreal engine.
The models do not have UCX collision.
