NOTE: The transparent glass material might not be working when imported, follow these simple steps to fix this:
Step1:In blender, select the glass material under the material properties tab,
Step2:Now set Roughness value to 0.6, IOR to 1 and transmission to 1, (you can tweak the values according to your preference)
Step3:Go to render properties tab and select Screen Space Reflections, then select Refraction under Screen Space Reflections,
Step4:Open the material properties tab again, scroll down and under the settings option select Screen Space Refraction.
That's it, your glass material should be working now.
