86 ZN6 Full Exterior Mesh Model - 3D Laser-Scanned 3D model

THIS MESH MODEL WILL NOT FUNCTION WELL IN SOLIDWORKS OR SIMILAR SOLID/SURFACE MODELING SOFTWARE SUITES. RECOMMEND USING IN RHINO/BLENDER/ETC.86 ZN6 full exterior mesh model in various mesh (.stl .ply .obj .3ds) file formats ready for import into most mesh modeling systems (Rhino, Blender, 3DS Max etc.). This assembly model is intended to help empower designers/enthusiasts looking for accurate data to design modifications such as front splitters/canards/fender vents/hood vents/aero kits/rear diffusers/etc. for their cars. This model shares a common coordinate system with the other 86_ZN6 models by DPS Data, allowing assembly of front/rear or full exterior mesh models by combining the components together. Expected dimensional variance in the data vs the real-life car is typically between 150-250 microns (0.006”-0.01”) with the methods used to create this model.Included in this download: Stereolithography, Polygon, Wavefront OBJ, & 3DS File Formats.
