keyshotで使用したく、一旦blenderで開き、FBX、OBJ、USDで吐き出してみましたが、textureが付いていきませんでした・・・ このままでは使えないのでFBX、OBJ、USDのいずれかでもUPして頂けると助かります

Update:
After hours of fixing the model, it was not possible to use it in real-time. So I had to change my "Positive" to "Negative" for recommending it.
Original Review back in 2023-10-21:
Looks not too bad, I will be optimizing it and using it for a video game/simulator app project. Also, both Blender and FBX files as well as an HDRI image of the sky and the textures were included in the file. However, there are no actual PBR materials. Some textures with full gray, black, and missing textures for asphalt and grass. the grass and asphalt are not even UV mapped so I have to do all the adjustments manually to assign real PBR effect to the objects. The objects are not set for real-time apps and video games so I have to optimize them manually, as there are too many meshes with mid-high poly counts. I'd rate it 5 stars out of 10.
