I had initially a problems with this model, but after my feedback, author quickly repair the model and uploaded new version. After this I had no problem to adapt model for my purposes, decrease polygons (tyres are full 3D modelled, I replaced them with cylindrical one without the tread pattern], create UV map and texture.
