1959 Desoto

1959 Desoto 3D model

Description

This is a Model of my Moms 1959 Desoto Fireflite or dome that I made using Lightwave 3D. It was built as a background item in a long shot for a scene and is a bit sloppy in places. This object is not built for 3D printing. The object has Moving parts with pivots that are rigged for Lightwave and has not been tested in any other file formats. I am using the rough 401 engine that was stock in the 64 Buick Wildcat and like that car, I did not finish out the engine compartment. Please Enjoy

This is a really good model. I bought it today along with a 1961 Chevrolet Suburban for use as an insert slot for Roblox games, the latter model being basically unusable and I am quite disappointed with that Chevy (Still good for 3D printing, though). However, this model is the complete opposite and despite the proportions being a little inaccurate and the texture mapping being a little on the wonk (it doesn't impact the car that much for my purposes thankfully), it's beautiful in my opinion, and as the guys from the 1960's would say, it really is a "fine" car. 9/10. I'll definitely buy more models from this source in the future.
