The 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Sport Sedan.
This four door sedan is a classic set piece of Americana, featuring distinctive qualities such as it's tailfins, chrome finish, along with it's wide grille. The 1957 Chevorlet Ber Air is not only among the most popular of the classic Chevorlets, but among classic cars as a whole. It was based upon a previous design for 1955, of which was designed by Clare MacKichan;a cornerstone of Chevorlet design from this period was the attempt to once again intergrate the feeling of aerodynamics into car design, this was due in part to the technological innovations of the Post War era, with smooth stainless steel incorporated into the body along with other design elements borrowed from rockets and other Space Age technology. Well maintained models of the Chevorlet series are sought after by enthusiasts from around the world, and for good reason.
