Does this work include UV maps? I'm new to this all and excited to get started!

File format was not what I paid for. The file download was in a .RAR format and not .stl’s. I understand that it’s a way to zip the files but I have had bad experiences with .RAR files in the past and won’t open one from an unknown source. I tried to reach out to the artist but the cgtrader website kept popping up errors when hitting send on the message window. Anyhow, I have not been able to open or use my files and thus far unhappy with this purchase. If .stl’s can be sent I’d appreciate it otherwise a refund would be nice.
