Do not know Blender but my guess is that it would probably require retopologizing first.

My negative comment is not so negative.
The negative part of the process is not on your side, more on my side. Im using Solidworks, and was not aware of that the file was to complex to use.
Maybe I should have understod that. I dont know if it would be possible for you to describe which programs is suitable for the file, or maybe file sizes in general.
My printer did handle it, but due to the unability to add sufficient support, it crashed a couple of times. best regards Jalle
