Star Net Dodecahedra 3D print model

A small stellated dodecahedron , a Kepler-Poinsot polyhedron, modeled with dual columns at each edge of the vertex arrangement. The model is subdivided to provide an organic aesthetic and soften the sharply angled corners. This unique appearance lends itself to a greater degree of visual complexity, resulting in a faux Voronoi styling. The object would make for a pleasing ornament of some kind, or perhaps a unique fidget toy if printed in flexible material. It also has a unique enough aesthetic to work as some type of alien artifact or other-worldly object in digital renders or motion graphics.
