Arched PVC window, wood texture. Blind window, no handle. Done by amateur.

If you want to make an arched window openable, be prepared to spend about 3,000 rubles for special fittings that fix the porch of the arched part. But there is a way not to overpay: to divide the arch into simple elements in which the clamping of the arched part is not needed.
