Large Urban Scheme 3D model

Here is a large urban scheme proposed for Dubai that is made up of waterways,streetc, landscaped gardens/parks, retail areas, Raised walkways and multiple buildings of varying detail level. The scheme also has an introcate tranportation network of personal pods that run on rails througout the cheme to a central HUB (See gaming style animation linked).

The model has a great deal of detail from monorail columns, to introcate building facades, elevators, transport pods, and more that can be taken and used in other design or gaming projects. The whole scheme would also be great for a potential gaming landscape.
