The composition of the house is based on a combination of compact cubic volume and semicircular bay windows. Decorative brick patterns on the facades and chimneys, combined with Art Nouveau details and complex roofs, create the image of a classic country house. The entrance is recessed into the volume of the house, forming a cozy porch. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen-living room with two bay windows, one of which is a dining area, the other is in the fireplace area. From the living room you can go to the terrace and veranda. The second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a window.
