Pack containing 3 wooden floor pieces, 4 wooden beams and a support wooden piece,one wooden balcony and one metal fence for the balcony. Everything is sculpted in zbrush with unique details. Everything is textured with very high 1024 texel density (1024 pixels per meter). The textures are PBR with normal map, base color map and Ao, Roughness, metallic maps packed for optimization. You can use this pack to make a variety of different structures for your projects. Each wooden beam is 3000-4000 tris and each wooden plank is 2000-3000 tris.
