this is a tiling shader whit procedural map.You can open this whit 3dsmax2013 or highest. vray is 3.For saving the material in a library (.mat):1 - open the .max file and in material slot select the white tile shader. 2 - click on GET MATERIAL button and in MATERIALS BROWSER make a new library called as you want.3 - Drag white tile material in this library.4 - Save library where you want.
