THE PROJECT MADE IN UNREAL ENGINE 4
PLEASE READ HERE<One specific feature of using architectural modular parts is that you are able to scale up\down the pieces (walls, pillars etc) without losing accurate texel density. This material setup is made specificaly in Unreal Engine 4 for optimization and flexibility purposes. Simply speaking, the UV mapping stays the same, which gives you more control when creating levels. The modular assets are baked with AO and Normal though, but don't have unique diffuse textures (albedo), instead they have a blend of tileable materials, which is alsobeneficial when creating game levels in UE4. All concrete assets use tilable concrete texture.
The easy modular kit to create various urban environments. A good supplement for your Cyberpunk world, Abandoned Construction Site or Generic Urban Area.
The Easy Urban Kit is a modular collection of primitives but essential objects for level creation with a flexible approach: all meshes are easily scalable without texel density loss (within normal scale). The meshes have a baked normal map and on top - the tileable concrete texture. Additionally, can be vertex painted with blending concrete material . With this you are able to make a different look for each asset - either bright dried concrete or greenish stains for dirty corners. In the pack you also can find pre-assembled blueprints of the static meshes showing off blending material on them and a variety of combinations for a faster level dressing.
Features:
*Dressed demo map
*Assembled blueprint structures (various stairs, ramp, arches and pillars)
*Essential primitive objects for level creation (Cubes, Stairs, Pillars, Arches, Fences)
*Tileable objects scale feature (Can be scaled without texel density loss)
*Comprehensive list of real world decals (Graffiti, Parking lot numbers, Stains, Leaks, Plaster patches, Concrete seems)
*Blended concrete materials (Default, Light and Dark)
*ORM texture maps (Occlusion, Roughness, Metalness)
Objects in FBX format and TGA texture files are available for use as the separate files, but they are not connected between each other, there is no Blender scene with assets, please keep that in mind. This project is made for Unreal Engine 4.<
Supported Engine Versions 4.24 - 5.4
