This is the reproduction of the lighthouse of Triagoz. This lighthouse is located on the northern shores of Brittany, in France. I modelled it with its previous lens and light.
Lightwave 2018 native :The model was made in Lightwave 2018. The native format is LWO3, which is very important, because a very few other apps can read them. Non Lightwave 2018 or MODO users should prefer other interchange formats, like LWO2, FBX, DAE or OBJ. For all interchanges format, texture sets will have to be loaded manually in most applications. I checked that UVs had been exported correctly in all provided formats.
UDIM warning !You must note that that there is only one material, since the UV-map was done using UDIM. If your software doesn't support UDIM, you will have to break the material and the 8 tiles in different UV maps manually to load all images individually. So be warned before purchasing if you are not familiar with this workflow.
Sets of textures :Textures were painted in substance painter. They are composed of 8 sets of textures (4 in 8K and 4 in 4K) including diffuse, roughness, metallic, opacity and normal. This should allow for close-ups with nice results.
Finally, please note that surrounding water and rocks are not provided with the model apart from the lighthouse base.
