Symmetrical house with screen porches and a attic 3D model

Description

This is my first home design of a symmetrical house that is divided into two sides, with a screen porches, multiple bedrooms, and a attic. It is unfurnished to allow for customization. The textures are 4096x4096, 4096x2048 including normal maps and the color is adjustable within blender with the coloramp node. This model is royalty free so it can be used in commercial projects. Includes Unreal Engine assets (The mountain background from the Unreal Engine preview is not included).
